Departure from Singapore is in Singapore time; Departure from Bintan is in Indonesian time. Bintan time is one hour behind Singapore time. Travelling time is approximately 45 minutes by high-speed catamaran. Singapore Terminal: Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal; Bintan Terminal: Bandar Bentan Ferry Terminal.
Passengers are advised to be at Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal, 1.5 hours before ferry departure time. When departing Bintan, passengers are required to collect their confirmed boarding passes two (2) hours prior to departure time, afterwhich the carrier reserves the right to release unconfirmed seats. Pre-immigration entry and immigration processing will cut-off 45 minutes before ferry departure time.
Passengers who are more than 26-weeks pregnant are prohibited from travelling on board the vessel unless a medical certification is produced certifying fitness to travel.

Each passenger is allowed up to carry 02 pieces of luggage (including hand-carry). . Luggage weight allowance per person : 20 kg maximum. Additional weight is chargeable by the Port Authority at S$1.00 per kilogram (subject to change). Payment can be settled on spot either by cash or through major credit cards.
